Bounce & Burn In Medway

Information and Benefits:
Sessions are typically 1 hour.
Bounce & Burn is a good all round fitness for any age and beginner. This can be done indoors or out doors depending on the weather. Bounce-Burn Parties are available on request.

You can walk on the rebound or a gentle bounce or high intensity depending on everyone’s capabilities. Works the upper body and lower body. Remember it is a fun way to help burn calories!
